SUPPRESS BLANK REPORT - surppressing blank report Crystal - suppress subreport if there are no records

  1. RIGHT click on the subreport,
  2. then choose FORMAT OBJECT
  3. In the SUBREPORT tab, check the box next to SUPPRESS BLANK REPORT.
